- Users are responsible for managing their accounts, and the Company is not liable for damages resulting from account theft or poor management.
- These Terms apply equally to non-member reservations.

- The collection, use, retention, and disposal of personal information shall follow the Company’s separate Privacy Policy.
- Users must comply with applicable personal data protection laws.

In the event of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms, the matter shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures prescribed by applicable laws, and the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
